As with all fine particle products, always wear a dust filter when working with this product. Contains Calcium Silicates. Store in a cool dry area for 24 months without loss of viability.     

KA-441 Inoculants complies with all Federal requirements and are exempt from Federal registration via 40CFR152.6 g2 and listed as an “organic inoculant”. This package contains naturally occurring soil microbes, bacteria, Mycorrhizal, FDA graded proteins and amino acids, chelated organic micro nutrients, and calcium silicate.

Limitation of Liability of Great Lakes AgriScience: IF ANY, AND PURCHASERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DAMAGES FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ARISING IN TORT OR CONTRACT, SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT WITH RESPECT TO WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS MADE.

In no event shall Great Lakes AgriScience LLC be liable to purchaser for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind including, but not limited to, compensation, reimbursement, or damages on account of the loss of present or prospective profits or any other reason whatsoever.
