In 2008, we launched our in-house tissue culture lab. This was the beginning of our Research and Development to formulate an enhanced microbial inoculant to optimize different pathways as compared to what we were seeing in the marketplace. Many of today’s Inoculants are specifically designed to unlock P (phosphorus) and N (nitrogen) availability to the roots. However, as important as that is, we chose to target additional cellular pathways to maximize and enhance the role of the soil microbiome.
By adding specific PGPM (plant growth promoting microbes) and supplementing those precise organisms with supplemental long chain amino acids and proteins, coupled with chelated micronutrients and specific inorganic ions a cascading avalanche of intracellular reactions enhancing (ATP) energy production, additional chlorophyll synthesis, and boosting internal natural occurring plant growth hormones is generated.
All this adds up to a spectacular “BLAST” of plant vigor and flower production.

What is KA-441-3? How does it Work?
Formulation of KA-441-3 contains three specific naturally occurring soil bacteria. These bacteria, although naturally occurring in soil, are rare to find in large concentrations in native soil. In our formulation we supply a large volume of specific amino acids and proteins that are digested and consumed by these three soil bacteria. During this process, the bacteria break down these long chain molecules into smaller and smaller fractions. Long chain molecules are not accessible to plants because there is no pathway across the root hairs for such large molecules to be transported. However, in our case, as our specific soil bacteria break these chains down, some very unique small fragments are
generated. In particular, there are a set of fragments, small enough to be directly absorbed across the root hair membrane that are precursor fragments that the cells mechanisms use to build (IAA) a naturally occurring plant growth hormone inside the plant cells. Because this initial building block fragment is accessible, the cell seizes on this opportunity and finishes the synthesis of the growth hormone molecule. Additional items are required by the cell to finish these chemical reactions and we supply those in the KA-441 formulation as specific micro-nutrients and minerals.
The science doesn’t stop there! Within these specific fragments is another subset that is directly absorbed and is immediately recognized by the cells mitochondria. This fragment set targets a specific enzyme synthesis pathway that immediately ramps up the cells ( ATP ) capacity of the mitochondria. It is in the ATP pathway where energy is generated for cellular activity in the cell. Application of KA-441-3 to the soil and root zone also generates niacin, serotonin, carbon, free organic nitrogen and auxin.
KA-441-3 opens and maximizes cellular pathways that your current fertilizer systems can not touch.
KA-441-3 not only supplies the specific (PGPM) plant growth promoting soil micro-biome, but it supplies all the necessary ingredients that these bacteria require so they can generate the natural byproducts that your plants require. Your current Fertilizers cannot perform these functions by themselves.
